CHA National Conference 2026 - delegate evaluation

Following the conference, we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to share your feedback. Your responses help us understand what worked well and where we can do better, and they directly shape the planning of future CHA events including our national conference and Special Interest Group sessions.
