We are delighted to announce the 2025 winners of the CHA Innovation and Best Practice Awards. Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone who submitted an application. This was a record year with 27 entries from across the UK. It is encouraging to see so much inspiring work taking place in our community hospitals. We are proud to showcase these achievements and share learning that supports colleagues across community hospitals and hubs nationally.
